The son of a general contractor, Conor was literally born into the construction industry. From working for his dad on clean up crews to ultimately managing commercial remodel projects, Conor has seen the industry from its foundation.

After graduating college, Conor helped his dad transition from his GC business into retirement. Shortly after that, Conor worked in the fleet services industry providing solutions to construction company owners and executives. After building a healthy fleet client base, Conor started his own marketing & advertising firm specializing in servicing companies within the construction industry. Conor designed and executed marketing strategies and campaigns for companies in the hard surfaces, solar power, landscaping, HVAC, and cabinet making industries. In 2016, Conor moved his family to Seattle where his kids could pursue hockey close to Canada and began working for a construction materials supply company looking to increase marketshare in the Pacific Northwest. Conor 12X'd the gross revenue in just 5 years, growing it from $400K to over $6M in billings.
